This is an issue of Smena magazine for July of 1944. Smena was the magazine of the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League, published by Pravda, so you'd think it would be pretty harmless. Apparently not.
Zoom, enhance! Here we see some workers assembling cannons. The caption says that they produce 180% of quota. Good for them. However, the cannons they are assembling are shiny new 100 mm BS-3s. The BS-3s were not issued until September of 1944, and did not see their first combat until October. And yet, here they are, a full 3 months earlier. Oops!
